Beth Tigay is the executive director of the Fineshriber Family Foundation and a passionate advocate for youth and their families. Previously, she was a nonprofit leader in organizations focused on the empowerment of adolescents after two decades as an educator in Los Angeles. Beth holds an undergraduate degree from UCLA and an MBA from American Jewish University’s Graduate School of Non-Profit Management.

Janice Lombardo is the philanthropic advisor to the Charles W. & Patricia S. Bidwill Foundation where she works with the board of directors to organize and grow its philanthropic efforts in Chicago and Los Angeles. In addition to formalizing its operations and streamlining its processes, she advises on strategic efforts to clarify the foundation’s mission, vision, and giving priorities.
