While seventy percent of Exponent Philanthropy members have multiple staff, many have only one staff person. No matter your title, are you the foundation’s sole staff person? What is unique about your role wearing many hats? How do you prioritize? What resources do you leverage beyond grants? How do you do it all?
Join in this networking hour with other sole-staffers to discuss successes, tips, and challenges. Member-host Katri Brewer will offer an initial prompt to get the conversation started in round one, and for the second round, we’ll crowdsource your topic ideas for small-group discussions. Opt in to share your contact information with fellow participants to continue the conversations.
