Exponent Philanthropy’s marquis programming – The Catalytic Leadership Academy inspires you into becoming a  “Catalyst for Change” – The Art of Catalytic Leadership in Philanthropy.

The courses inside the Academy are offered in cohort programs, seminars, webinars and workshops throughout the year. They explore the methodology behind Catalytic Leadership in Philanthropy. 

• 101 Preparing for Catalytic Philanthropy (ex. Facilitation, streamlining, deep listening)
• 201 The Knowledge and Skills of Catalytic Philanthropy (ex. Convening, case studies)
• 301 Using Catalytic practices to achieve catalytic results (ex. Advocacy, landscape mapping)

Participants leave the programs:

• With deeper empathy, sensitivity, and a understanding of their community’s challenges.
• Recognizing the many roles their foundation can play to meet needs and fill gaps beyond grantmaking.
