As you talk to key individuals in the organization, you want to determine whether they have an adequate understanding of the project, and the tools and resources required to succeed. On a broader level, consider if the key individuals have an adequate understanding of the basic governance, leadership, and financial responsibilities required to build a strong and effective nonprofit.
