As trustees of The O’Grady Foundation spent time with their grantee organizations, they found most of those grantees had little in the way of an organized fundraising infrastructure.
The foundation’s support takes a variety of forms, depending on the organization’s need. Some grants support specific programs, which draw increased funding. Others are challenge grants designed to open newer funding channels. Some are direct support to build development or other capacities.
All are strategically important to the health of any institution.
