Reminder: Dues subject to change in 2026. Membership fees and contributions are qualifying administrative expenses for private foundations and contribute toward the required annual minimum distribution.

IRS rules prohibit paying any portion of Exponent Philanthropy’s membership dues as a grant because the monetary value of benefits provided exceeds the cost of our $870 Signature and $2,020 SignaturePlus membership prices.
